Over the last 35 years’ Raymond has developed highly technical expertise by working with organisations including GE Investment Corporation, Citizens Utilities, FRONTIER Communications, Black & Veatch as well as consulting to a plenitude of global brands such as Apple, AT&T, ABB, Bayer, Blackstone, Blackrock, BNP Paribus, Booze Allen, Cargill, Carlyle Group, JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, Deutsch Bank, Eli Lily, Fluor, Freeport-McMoRan, GE, Goldman Sachs, Halliburton, Honeywell, HSBC, KKR, Macquarie, Major League Baseball, McKinsey, Microsoft, the National Football League, Pfizer, Soc General and Walmart.

Such cumulative experience has seen Raymond working across the globe and specialising within numerous disciplines and industries including agriculture, aviation, communications, energy, entertainment, health, pharma, IT, telecommunications, transport and the utilities sectors. For instance, Raymond was involved in the early rulemaking for renewable / alternative energy at federal and state levels in the U.S., with various Commissions and with several United Nations (UN) member countries and departments. This deep knowledge has also seen Raymond be called upon to be a subject matter expert in several topical areas presenting and/or participating in the presentation of expert witness testimonies on no less than 60 occasions including for the FDA, EPA, FERC, FCA, IRS, SEC and DoD.

Ray’s professional journey retains a distinctly holistic flavour having been directly involved in the era of conceptualization of eco-awareness, systemic with the establishment of the UN’s Millennium Goals that were the precursor to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), the 2015 Paris Accord and the Conference of the Parties (COP). Correspondingly, Ray is ardent in giving guidance to companies, governments, institutions and organizations navigating through SDG focused ESG investment instruments.
