Green Bond Corporation SARL (GBC) is a Luxembourg incorporated, specialist global advisory group that retains significant pedigree within both the capital markets and infrastructure sectors.
Global in operation, GBC carries a wealth of experience in the structuring and financing of large-scale infrastructure projects.
GBC partners with governments, institutional and corporate clients (both public and private) that seek access to capital through the international debt, equity and carbon capital markets, including where projects that work towards decarbonising local, national, regional and global economies.

Dr Luke Kirke
Co-Founder and Group Managing Director
Dr Kirke has ~ 30 years’ experience in various roles with Australia’s most reputable organizations, working across sectors including infrastructure (social, private and public), property as well as international capital markets. Firms have included the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), Queensland Treasury Corp (QTC), Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), Booz Allen Hamilton, Energex and Aurizon to name a few. Outside of this work, Dr Kirke has provided reviews on critical infrastructure; submitted reviews towards national competition policy; as well as providing expert witness testimony on the pricing of infrastructure assets that have been in commercial dispute and litigation.

Harshane Kahagalle
Co-Founder & Group Chairman
Harshane is one of Australia’s leading property and infrastructure development lawyers. He has been a development financier and a lead arranger of both equity and debt facilities for development projects. Having trained as both an architect and a lawyer, Harshane is the advisor on some of Australia’s most high-profile projects, including the iconic Barangaroo project since its inception.

Mark Phillips
Chief Trading Officer
Mark has over 30 years of investment management and capital markets experience within institutional frameworks, illustrating an extensive understanding of markets and the intensive application of robust portfolio management. Mark has a proven track record in successfully managing fixed-income and multi-asset income portfolios, a rich background in assessing debt securities, constructing fixed-income portfolios, developing financial services products and accurately measuring investment performance.

Dr Adam Klein
Group Chief Strategy Officer
With his work primarily spanning the USA, UK, Western Europe and parts of Africa, Dr Klein has leveraged deep expertise and focuses on the monetization and funding challenges across the property, infrastructure, commodities and natural resource sectors. A starting point for Dr Klein is always to understand customers’ interests and needs, while identifying how traditional methodologies and solutions are under constant challenge. Not surprisingly, the approach employed by Dr Klein enables innovation via providing high value-focused solutions when partnering with clients in achieving their goals.

Raymond Mason
Global Head of Regulatory Compliance & Policy
Over the last 35 years’ Raymond has developed highly technical expertise by working with organisations including GE Investment Corporation, Citizens Utilities, FRONTIER Communications, Black & Veatch as well as consulting to a plenitude of global brands such as Apple, AT&T, ABB, Bayer, Blackstone, Blackrock, BNP Paribus, Booze Allen, Cargill, Carlyle Group, JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, Deutsch Bank, Eli Lily, Fluor, Freeport-McMoRan, GE, Goldman Sachs, Halliburton, Honeywell, HSBC, KKR, Macquarie, Major League Baseball, McKinsey, Microsoft, the National Football League, Pfizer, Soc General and Walmart.

Professor Lisa Wilson is a preeminent international business leader recognised as one of the top thought leaders & influencers in the world for her work in climate, ecosystems, ESG, blockchain and emergent technology such as AI, VR and IoT. Professor Wilson has led initiatives across different industry segments and global markets including UK, APAC, Africa, Singapore, Europe & UAE. Professor Willson has worked with many governments and tier one companies including the European Commission, INATBA, the UN, the World Summit of Noble Peace Laureates, LawTechUK and the UK Cyber Security Council Formation Project.

Hector Ortiz
Co-Head of Capital Markets Team
Hector brings global capital market’s expertise spanning trading, research and hedge funds across equities, FX and fixed income. With an 18-year tenure at Reuters alone, he has held senior roles across six countries, spearheading strategic engagements with the world’s top 30 financial institutions. In Australia, Hector has also worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management and ASX-listed fintech, Cashwerkz Ltd.

Michael Clout
Co-Head of Capital Markets Team
Michael has spent 30 years successfully selling and trading financial markets across all asset classes, specialising within fixed interest and structured finance products. As a leader and former Managing Director at Lehman Brothers Australia, Michael has led institutional sales teams in domestic and global investment banks. At GBC, a broader mandate sees him also applying his skills to property, infrastructure and carbon related projects.

Chloe Argyle
Head of Equities – Capital Markets Team
Chloe is an accomplished corporate finance professional with nearly 15 years of experience in capital markets, having worked on numerous public & private market transactions both domestically and overseas. Chloe specialises in corporate advisory, equity capital markets, M&A and private equity. She has 5 years of local and global board & corporate governance experience.

Dr Richard Mukurumbira
Project Director (Africa)
Dr Mukurumbira has over 20 years of banking and financial markets experience gained within listed, blue chip Australian and United Kingdom banking and financial institutions within financial markets, life and general insurance organisations at executive and senior management level. Organisations have included the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA), Deutsche Bank, First Prudential Markets (FP Markets), BlueScope Steel (BSL) and Andersen Consulting (Accenture).

Joseph Mannino
Project Director (Operations)
Joseph is a skilled business, operations and project leader with over 30 years of experience in property, construction and the finance sectors. Joseph has a proven track record in structuring and building high-performing teams, delivering operational excellence and undertaking complex project management, altogether witnessing outcomes on time and within budget. Passionate about sustainable solutions and delivering real impact, Joseph specialises in stakeholder management & operations.

Jocelyne Tsonang
Project Manager (Africa)
Jocelyne Landry Tsonang is an environmental and natural resource management expert working at the intersection of climate, biodiversity, sustainable finance, circular economy and gender with over ten (10) years of experience. Jocelyne is a non-executive director of the African Circular Economy Network and a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on the Sustainable Use of Resources. She holds a master’s degree in forestry science, is a European University Institute fellow and a Certified Expert in NDC Strategy and Financing.
